Pierre Baillargeon did a project KinectoBot for a Science & Engineering education outreach event . KinectoBot is a combination of Lynxmotion robot arm controller and 2D live motion ‘puppeteer’ demo. He has hacked together a simple OpenNI/NITE demo in Visual Studio 2008 with OpenFrameworks that draws a user as a 2D robot in a subwindow and also uses the same data to control a Lynxmotion robot arm..
